<p>Can you give a run-down on the sororities at uiuc?</p>

I just know Delta Delta Delta( tridelts), Alpha Delta pi( ADpi), Kappa Delta and Delta Gamma( DGs) are the hottest!</p>
<p>Is the sorority system very popular, and are reccommendations desired or necessary? Or is it like many midwest campuses, they do not matter so much (unlike the South) And, do rushees target just a few houses, or are most of the houses have great points to offer new members? Are there great differences among houses?</p>
<p>yeah some sororoties and the whole system in general is very popular here. Being a guy I dont really know the details of rushing that much but with ~20 sororities on campus you will definitely find differences among them( but not so much among the top ones i mentioned before)</p>
