does anyone here play runescape?

yeah... a while back, haven't been on in a while though

My 11 year old brother does...

Yeah, my 10 year old sister used to, until the family computer got screwed up because she accidentally downloaded some virus.

So does mine.

That's not to belittle you for playing though. I do plenty of things that most people my age no longer do (can't think of any at the moment...)

my brother used to and my little cousin plays it....stop now while you can. From what I've seen, the game is addictive.

A lot of people on my bus do. (The kind of people who are obsessed with Yugioh and gameboys)

I do!
I usually end up in W34 though just go with what they recommend(usually W34)

Ugghhh... sooo many people back when I was In grade Seven were sooo addicted to this game. As I speak, My 16 (yes, 16 years old!!!), is playing on his computer! Anyway, I actually know a lot of guys who are my age (15) and still play this... I personally have never touched the game (and am quite proud about it).

The Sims was the only game I was ever addicted to, and Neopets...Anyone else been into these?

Thats not so bad... I knew someone who was in his forties and bought his son a membership and they play together... There are lots of teenagers and twenty year olds on runescape...

I was a member once. I was the most elated kid in the world. That $5 was my gift for my birthday, only to have my membership cancelled four days later. -_-

Used to. Sometimes I log on to chop yews and add to my collection so I can watch the $$$ cha ching! grow. That's addicting. Watching money grow. :)

I go to the second one daily for freebies, and I've played Sims, but would rather not bog down my PC with it.

I was pretty addicted to that game in the 6th grade. only for about a month though, until I realized it was pretty pointless.

I wasted my frosh year playing that game. Now that I'm a junior, I really regret it. Could've met so many cool people during lunch instead...

..what's Runescape?

Runescape is an online role playing game. My 6th grader loves it. He gets online with all his friends and plays.

That said, it looks like it can be quite addicting. Do you all think I should limit his playing time?

My 9 year old sister plays it. Her and all her friends go on it and they all get together on msn and she talks on the phone whilst playing it (talking about what they are gonna do..like "do you have a picket-axe(?)")

One time, i tried to ask my sis about it - you know.. some sisterbonding time.. - and she went on about how you have to TRAIN people and buy things like axes and potions or whatever. And she went on about it forever.. but i dont really get it..
But that background music really gets me.. I've had dreams about the music..

that happens with me and my sister all the time! she used to play runescape, and now she does other similar things.... the explanations get so complicated I've learned not to ask!
