Running Start!! Serious Question!

So I am a sophmore right with a 3.44 cumulative gpa (Honors in english and history, ahead in math, and taking AP BIO this year) now in highschool and plan to take running start next year.
1) So my first question is should I do part time runnig start or full time? (Running start is going to a community college your junior and senior year so you can recieve highschool and college credits) I am thinking of doing part time running start because full time would be too hard for me since you do a years worth of work in one semester. If I was to do part time, I would probably take UW chemistry and AP Calculas at my highschool and take English 101 and some easy class like statistics or something at my CC. What do you guys think about this plan? Is it good or bad.

2) My second questions is that if I do running start in highschool but get my AA degree a YEAR after highschool because I will be doing part time my junior year, will I apply as a freshman or transfer student. If I apply as a transfer student would colleges only look at my CC grades and not consider my highschool, and the fact that I took running start.

3) Finally, my last question is what is the chance I have at UW. I will be getting my major in Computer Science. If I dont make it to UW would going a degree in WSU be less than compared to a degree from UW when applying for jobs?
Sat Score- Hopefully 1800
Gpa- Hopefully around 3.44 by the time I graduate
Clubs- Will join 2 clubs my Junior and Senior year
NO sports or anything

and oh ya almost forgot, how do I record my volunteer hours and put that on my transcript? Do i have to get a paper from my highschool or what. And cant you just fake it and pretend like you did some community service?

Thank you soooooooooooooo much for your info!! I really need it and I'm sure other people also need it. Thanks again (:
