Running Start vs Staying at HS and doing APs

Does anyone know if college admissions view doing running start at a community college more or less favorably than finishing senior year at HS and taking AP classes. I am specifically interested in Reed, but also looking at Scripps and Bowdoin. Thanks.

I should add I am not taking the classes to get credits to use at college - just bored at HS and want a different challenge for senior year.

I am also planning to take a gap year.

Depends on whether the college courses cover material that is more advanced, the same level, or less advanced than the AP courses.

Are you doing Duel Enrollment? Because I do know people who are doing Dual Enrollment at my school and some of their credits do transfer to universities, which makes college cheaper, but they only count for electives. But, I do know some universities do NOT accept any type of college credit from first-years. Harvard is an example of that. I suggest staying a senior and doing AP AND receive amazing grades because that is the closest colleges are going to see you when taking hard classes.

Thanks, everyone. Based on answers, I think I will stick it out at HS and do APs.
