Could someone who is in, or did running start possibly tell me what your schedule was like doing running start? I've heard it is shorter than a normal high school day, but the work is more difficult since its college level. I'm thinking of doing running start, but possibly taking one, maybe two APs at the most next year with running start. Is this a good idea? Thanks for any replies in advance.

I live in Oklahoma, so it isn’t called Running Start here. I am a senior and in the fall my classes were AP Biology (high school), Teachers Assistant (high school), College Algebra (local university), and Comp 1 (local university). My days were much shorter than my friends who took all high school classes. My schedule was: Monday, Wednesday, Friday I had AP biology and Teachers Assistant at my high school from 12:45-3:45. On Tuesday and Thursday I had College Algebra at 9:30AM and Comp 1 at 11:00AM and then I had my high school classes from 12:45-3:45. The only disadvantage to taking college classes was the cost. I had to pay my fees and my books, which was over $600 for the fall semester. The classes weren’t difficult and I ended the fall semester with all A’s.
