<p>The Dec SAT scores was finally released yesterday. Do you think it's necessary for all applicants to rush scores to colleges ? CB says they will mail our scores three or five weeks after our request, but I'm totally clueless whether my scores will arrive in time for colleges with Jan 15th deadline ?</p>

<p>If you order them now regular delivery they will likely be transmitted to colleges by Jan 15, because they really don't get mailed but instead are transmitted electronically to colleges on agreed to dates (e.g., once a week or once every other week, although for some colleges it may take longer than January 15. You should check with each college as to what is actually required; for example many colleges will not take rushed scores. Be aware that most colleges that have a Jan 15 application deadline do not require supporting materials such as transcripts and official test scores until after that date (some even take January SAT test scores) and thus check with each college to see if you actually have an issue to be concerned about.</p>
