<p>JHU might be one of them.. they say that it's pointless rushing scores to them because they dont get it faster or anything..</p>
<p>I suspect that some institutions have a format in place with CollegeBoard so that they can receive the scores in bulk to feed electronically to their computers. That is they may not like to receive scores on a piece of paper from the Board.</p>
