<p>Depends on how urgent the scores need to be in by. Say you are applying to a college that have early decisions due november 1st or novermber 15th, then SAT scores MUST be rushed (assuming the college will still accept under those dates). I know that Upenn accepts november 1st SATs despite the fact that their deadline is that time</p>
