The Rutgers Business School at New Brunswick is very competitive to get into and I would appreciate it if you can tell me how are my chances of getting accepted. I'm still deciding whether I want to major in Account or Management. By the way, I am a community college student looking to transfer.

-3.8/4.0 GPA (They don't have a specific required minimum GPA, but they generally have accepted students with a GPA no lower than a 3.6)
-President of my business club that I started
-100 hours of community service (I am a Chess Instructor at my local public library and have been so for the past three years)
-I know two languages, English and Spanish (fluent) and I am teaching myself Russian on my own personal time.
-I was the Vice-President/Second Chair of my high school's Model Congress Club (They don't really look at your high school life if you're a community college student, but it would be nice to let them know to have them be even more interested in me)
-I am trying to schedule a trip for the members of my business club to go either to London, England or Tokyo, Japan for a few days to acquire a sense of how International Business is conducted.
-At this time, although I may be a bit busy with my academics, club, and extracurricular activities, I am trying to get myself more involved in other extracurricular activities.
-Remember, I have a 3.8/4.0 GPA.

Thank you all for taking the time to read and hopefully answer my question.
