I heard that the first batch of decisions last year was released on the Tuesday and came out around 10:45 pm. (Source: my friend is a freshman at RU NB this year and told me that he got his decision on Tuesday the 19th but didn’t see it until the 20th because of how late they were released. Good luck guys!!
9-9;30 was also when a lot of them came out
