The requirements are a 1500+ SAT and top 15% class rank, 1400+ and top 10%, or 1300+ and top 5%.

I got a 1480 (and a 700 on the Writing although apparently that means nothing?) and was top 12%... just barely missed. I'd like to be admitted into this program if at all possible; I don't suppose there is anything I can do about it?

I'm in the same situation. Perhaps I'll call the school and see if there's an application to fill out or something. I know you can still apply for the honors program at Livingston, but I would rather go to Rutgers College.

It all depends on stats. I got accepted with a 1390 and was top 10 so I had to retake in january to get into the honors college. I called them up recently and said I should be receiving a letter soon. I don't think there's any other way to get in, unless you personally speak with an admissions officer.

Join the club.....

I could've gotten a free ride with 1500+ and top 5%, but I was top 6%.

And the next tier down below free ride is not as bountiful as one would hope. It really irritates me how an A- here and there that I could've argued for rounding just cost me tens of thousands of dollars.

what if my rank changes to top 10% by the end of the year? i'm so close, it could happen. do you think they would offer me an invitation then?
