<p>So I didn't qualify for it as a senior in hs, but what would I need to qualify for it when I'm a freshman at Rutgers College? Also, with this whole combination of all the 4 Arts & Science schools, would Rutgers still have individual honors colleges?</p>
<p>Eventually, the honors programs will merge into one University-wide Honors Program.</p>
<p>It's kind of hard to get into the RC Honors Program after you're a freshman. You need to get a 3.8 your freshman year to be invited. You can still apply if you don't get a 3.8, but I don't know how likely you are to get in then.</p>
