Rutgers, Duquesne, Penn State, Pitt?

I am currently a senior and the schools above are my top four schools. I had a lack of interest my freshman year which has hurt my grades but I've since recovered and now have a 3.4 GPA, 1780 sat. 620 M 580 CR 580 W. I feel like I am smarter than my grades show and I've really been putting lot of effort into my school work this past year. I'm a varsity wrestler and cross country runner, Key Club member, Senior Class Rep, as well as involved with my church youth group and have held a job through all four years of high school. My heart is set on these schools and I am wondering if I have any type of chance? Also any school suggestions, I'm looking for a larger school close to PA. Thanks!

Any feedback is appreciated!

Pitt=match, Dusquesne = safety, Penn State = within range but a bit low so it’ll depend on whether you can improve those senior grades (how you feel about them won’t help in any way  ) and perhaps retake for 1800-1850 to avoid being offered admission to a branch campus.
Rutgers is a public out of state university so you wouldn’t get sufficient financial aid to attend, take it off your list and replace it with something else.
