Oh wow! Ok
Thank you!
Oh wow! Ok
Thank you!
Although - I was going by the threads on CC and they were all from December
your right. early ones are probably really high stats ones lol
Hi @kmapitt
Can you please post the link to the Reddit thread you mentioned?
Curious to read the details as I havenât come across any other source (including past admitted students) that mentioned receiving decisions in November.
Thanks!
My application went under review 4 days after I submitted my application. I submitted it on October 30th.
sure, here you go: https://www.reddit.com/r/ApplyingToCollege/comments/is3jwh/rutgers_early_megathread/?sort=old
scroll down until someone said âgot into Rutgers nursing school!â and mouse over the date&time, it said âThu, Nov. 19, 2020, 09:49:33 AM ESTâ
likely either a spring start or bogus posting (user profile seems to have been deleted)
oh ok. letâs hope for the best anyways
Thanks. But seems like an outlier with no corroborating evidence from anyone else.
Agreed. Most likely bogus.
Dec 10 2020 seems to have been the earliest date last year. There are hundreds of posts confirming acceptance on that date.
My kidâs application just went into âUnder Reviewâ Status today.
Congrats @Gene_Chen!
Iâm sure theyâre not reviewing the apps by top stats or rank of the high school. More likely by completion date and by college. Decisions will be released in groups anyway, if itâs like other years.
I know you doubt that my childâs app was actually under review when I said it was, 19 days ago, but why would I lie about something like that? If it helps with your disbelief, she only applied to SAS and they had all of her documents very early. Also, your kid submitted on early October and she submitted in early September.
For what itâs worth: my daughter applied on Oct 12th. The transcript and other info from her HS had already been submitted to Rutgers prior to that. She submitted her SRAR on the 14th and the application status went to âUnder Reviewâ on the 15th.
I agree it looks like the status changes based on them receiving all documents (including SRAR)
Did she submit test scores? That was a holdup here.
Yeah, no clue how it all works, but my kid submitted everything in late September and mid October all docs were submitted but did not go into review until today.
Yes. We sent official scores via the ârushâ option (which is such a rip-off, but thatâs a topic for another day )
Itâs still early for Rutgers and theyâre not rolling in the traditional sense, so itâs just a waiting game for all.
It honestly doesnât matter. Theyâll all get notifications during the first wave (likely around Dec 10th)
@DadOfJersyeGirl, Good to know the date to expect notifications. No sense in keep refreshing now;-(
My daughters just went into review late yesterday too
