<p>I know that on the website it says that the Rutgers essay is for scholarship purposes only and that it is not a factor in admissions. However a lot of people in my High School and Rutgers students have told me that I should write the essay anyway even if it sucks. They said I should try to attempt it because it shows the admissions people that you are not lazy and that you took the time to do it. So should I write the Rutgers essay or no? I really don't though if what I heard is not true.</p>
