@minette921 They were really bad but I’ll still give them. SAT: 1310 GPA: 3.37 Lots of EC’S and Okay essays

@bohemiamchic I’m out of state. That’s why I’m nervous. But since most decision have been going out rolling. Does that mean it’s kind of good that ours are coming out on the deadline or no?
@cf9882 I feel ya, I applied to penn state with the same exact stats which was an out of state school for me and got rejected mostly bc of my SATs. I got admitted to Newark and than nb. And the acceptences were like more than a week apart. I honestly can’t say that I know if the decisions that are acceptances come closer to the dead Line or not
@bohemiamchic I got rejected from Penn state too! I got rejected from NB, which I kind of knew because I saw that that was the main campus and had higher stats. But I’m hoping Camden and Newark come through!
@cf9882 I can say that you have a good chance at Newark or Camden bc they’re schools stats are lower than NB. Best of luck!!
@bohemiamchic is there a possibility that I can be rejected? Im getting kind of worried, considering that the deadline is coming up soon…
@minette921 your stats look really good and being rejected wouldn’t make sense to me bc your stats are actually better than mine. You applied by the deadline yes? Are you in state or out of state
@c777123 My D was accepted to Mason Gross Theatre this morning, BFA in Theatre Design, this morning. 
Anyone receive any scholarships yet? Haven’t gotten anything online when I checked the scholarship site 
@bohemiamchic Scholarships are limited and most of the time fulfilled by GPAs of 4.0 to 3.9. My GPA was 3.73 - 50 college credits transfer and they told me I won’t receive anything.
ok so i am in-state and i originally applied for early action (my rutgers pp was submittd 10/14 but the SAT scores took a long time to send)…so when they never responded, I called and they said i was probably put into the regular decision…ever since then, I havent heard back should I call?! this school is my first choice

I’m late on this but I got into the Honors Program for RU-NB RBS and SAS. I found out last month and I applied regular decision. I know for a fact that scholarships were very competitive this year. Basically, if you didn’t get a 2000 on your SATs you didn’t get one (for RU-NB, Newark & Camden have different standards).
I got the Trustee scholarship for SAS and the Scarlet Knights one for RBS. Rutgers doesn’t really negotiate scholarship packages from what I heard, but I read somewhere that you can plead a case to get into the honors program.

basically my GPA was shit, i failed math analysis and re-took it but i think my extracurriculars & SAT made up for it
