<p>What are my chances to get a full merit scholarship at Rutgers as an in-state, white student?</p>

<p>Also, what shot do I have at getting any kind of merit aid at UNC-Chapel Hill?</p>

<p>you need to get a 35 on the act to get the presidential scholarship which is the full ride. Yea i know it stinks but thats what it is. You can get up to $4000 a year from the scarlet scholarship though.</p>
