<p>Can someone explain to me how this program works and how hard it is to get into? Does getting into this program actually mean something great, or is it more like a mark of disgrace. Is it worth going? Let's say i live near rutgers and I get accepted into both NYU and this thing. NYU, as you all probably know, is madd expensive. What should I choose when confronted with such a dilemma?</p>
