<p>I'm a Rutgers University student. At the end of the spring 2011 semester I signed up for housing just in case I decided to dorm but I didn't even pick a room or anything. But now I've decided I want to commute because I live very close and I would like to save money. Can I cancel my housing without a hassle? And how would I go about it?</p>
