I’m an incoming freshman at Rutgers New Brunswick- I’ve been assigned to Livingston Campus in the quads (quad 3). Lately I’ve been hearing a lot of people saying that the quads aren’t that great to dorm in. Is that true? Is there anything I should really worry about? Thanks.
