Okay so I submitted my application to Rutgers NB on Dec1, but I paid the app fee like on Dec 14. I applied regular decision but today I was happy to see I already got accepted to CAS! But I’m confused cause I thought decisions for reg cycle came out in February? I’m confused.

If I’m not mistaken, Rutgers uses rolling admission. This means that you can submit your application at any time and, once they’ve received everything, they’ll get started on reviewing you. Then they’ll let you know your decision as soon as it’s made. In other words - the sooner you apply, the sooner they review your app, and the sooner you hear back. The February notification date might just be the latest date they’ll be sending out any notifications.

Thanks so much! I hope you get accepted too, maybe an early Christmas present . But don’t stress cause they should be releasing decisions right through February!
@rhiannaps I applied first week of November but I still didnt hear anything from Rutgers…
and I see people who applied like last week of November already got accpeted
Does that mean I didnt get into Rutgers?

@successbound1 i’m applying as a transfer student to rutgers and I don’t believe i paid the application fee when i submitted it. how did you pay it later i’m nervous that they are going to withdraw my app
Hi @jadepari sorry this is so late, but once you send in the app they have a portal for you. There you should find the option to pay the fee, as they won’t review your app until you do so. But they will say you still made the deadline.
