Rutgers New Brunswick vs. UConn

I'm currently a high school senior and I've been accepted to both UConn and Rutgers and I'm completely baffled on which to choose. The tuition for me is basically the same at both schools. I'm pretty sure that I want to be an economics/political science major and one day go to law school and receive a JD, but where should I go? As you probably already know, I have to decide by May 1st, so the faster you reply, the more help it will be for me. Thanks.

OMG I have to choose between the two also! HELP?!?!?

Hey, have you guys visited both campuses yet? Perhaps you should if you can. Or try to consider the location, social life, resources/opportunities available to you (which shouldn't be a problem considering that both are great schools), stuff like that. Make a pros and cons list for both.

Maybe look around the web for sites that feature comments made by students about the schools. Don't take the comments too seriously though. Or watch videos/virtual tours related to the school:

UCONN: Home Page | Virtual Tour | UConn
RUTGERS: YOUniversitytv.com (click on NJ on the map, and there should be a video for Rutgers)

Visiting the school is the best option, but my guess is that you guys might not have the time to do so. That's the best I could do, sorry :)

I'm going to Rutgers.. Both are pretty good party schools
My cousin goes to UConn and loves it
I believe UConn has better PoliSci/Econ programs while Rutgers is known for Engineering, Pharm, and Business

What about price?

price? the business school in oklahoma? no idea.
