<p>I am having a lot of trouble deciding between Rutgers and Boston University. I didn't think I was going to get into BU, but I got into the communications school :) I am not sure how good the communication school at Rutgers is (probably not as good as BU's) but it is a lot less expensive. I am not instate for Rutgers, but it is obviously still a lot more inexpensive then BU. I did not get any money from BU, so it will be a lot of money. My parents can manage it, but it is still a lot of money. Is BU worth it? Or does it make more sense to go to Rutgers? If you have any reasons for either side, please let me know!</p>
<p>BU's COM is pretty prestigous and since you're OOS for Rugters it's probably not nearly as much of deal as if you were instate. Also, have you visited both of them? In your situation it's probably best to first figure out which is the better fit.</p>
<p>The schools are comparable; I would go to the more affordable choice.</p>
<p>I agree with the above post, bu is a good school, but is it really worth over $46,000 when Rutgers is comparable academically?</p>
