I can't decide between Rutgers and UConn. I am considering a major in journalisim or communications. Which school would be better for that major? I would like to become a news anchor, or something similar in the future. I am also considering BU (I got into the COM program there), but BU is alot more expensive then Rutgers and UConn. So does anyone have any thoughts?

I Know For A Fact That Rutgers Has An Extremley Good Jrnalisim Program At A Great Price!

Sorry.. I'll post this here again even though I posted in the Uconn thread (i didn't know you posted both places):

Go for what's cheaper... If you work hard and excel at any state school (or anywhere) you can have the same opportunities afterwards.

On a side note... I'm a Rutgers honors student and took an honors seminar called "Communications and Human Values" with this prof: http://www.scils.rutgers.edu/facstaf...?netid=heffner ... so Rutgers may have a better journalism faculty than UConn, I don't know.

I would go to Rutgers.

UConn...of course.
