Rutger's Placement Test Results Question

I've taken the placement test for pharmacy students and have placed into Expository Writing 1.

For Math, I've placed into "640:CLS Calculus I" in which "This placement indicates that you are eligible to register for either Calculus I (Math 135), or Calculus I for Math and the Physical Sciences (Math 151). Plan to speak with an adviser to determine which track is most appropriate for your academic interests."

However on http://catalogs.rutgers.edu/generated/nb-ug_current/pg21290.html , it says that those who have taken Calculus 1 in high school, and as I am currently finishing AP Calculus AB now, must take Calculus II.

So am I taking Calculus II or have I done too poorly to not accomplish that class?

You must take Calculus I at Rutgers unless you received a 4 or higher score on the AP Calculus exam in which you took this year in may. If you do not score a 4 or higher, you must take the calculus 1 class at rutgers again. The Placement Test only indicates you have passed their math standard and can take their normal college level calculus class instead of pre-calculus.

So get a 4 or higher on AP calc test, and you can advance to Calculus 2  have fun.

Ah excellent. I was just mainly anxious about the placement test results and if they indicated that I passed their standard.

And for the AP Calc Exam score… ಠ_ಠ I hate math
