<p>My son has been accepted at Rutgers Engineering school in NB.</p>
<p>His stats:</p>
<p>SAT 2190/2400,1500/1600.
GPA around 4. Top 10 % of hos class. Taken all Honors/AP course in High school.
Got score of 5 in AP-Physics-B and AP - US History and 4 in AP-Comp Science AB
Planning to take 5 AP exams this year.</p>
<p>What are his chances for full ride?</p>
<p>In the past you had to be top 5% for full ride but who knows now.</p>
<p>I just got my Presidential Scholarship letter today (23,000 per year) for New Brunswick Arts & Sciences, NB Environmental, and Newark Arts and Sci 
Very happy! I’m not sure if I’ll end up at Rutgers, but a full ride is an amazing thing to have as an option!</p>

98.04/100 GPA
School doesn’t rank but I should be in top 5-10%
Self-studied 3 AP exams, took most rigorous course load in school
Decent essay
(I think) good mix of volunteer hours, leadership, other extracurriculars</p>
<p>PS Scholarship for Arts and Sciences NB notification came today.</p>
<p>If it’s any help to anyone out there:

GPA: uw 3.93 uw 4.42
Have taken 8 AP total (5s on 4; yet to take 4)
School does not rank but am between 1% and 5%</p>
<p>This certainly makes attending Rutgers more appealing…</p>
