<p>Has anyone gotten, or know of someone who has gotten, the big Rutgers NB scholarship? The one that includes room and board, it's around $23,000 per year?</p>

<p>to get it back in the day it used to be you need to be top 5 percent and have a 1500 math/reading. i dunno if they do this anymroe</p>
