Rutgers Status Glitch?

<p>Hi, I'm back again! With some questions of course.</p>

<p>Ok, so I have paid for my application fee, and I received an email from Rutgers that they have received my SAT scores but I'm wondering why they are still considering both items to be required? A few days ago, the application fee wasn't a required credential but yesterday it came back again to be required. I was wondering if there is a glitch in the system?</p>

<p>I need to know because the only thing I would need to get in (which I already requested to be sent) is the Secondary School Exam Results/Leaving Certificates which I assume is my high school transcript as of now (since I’m a senior in high school.)</p>

<p>I have sent them a Contact Us Email but the last time I contacted them for a different situation, they did not give me a thorough answer.</p>

<p>I had a similar issue. I had all my transcripts listed as received, and my application fee wasn’t listed at all, either as received or not received. I called the admissions department, and apparently they had no record of me paying the fee. I had to fax over a copy of my bank statement showing it as paid. You may want to try that, the number over there is (732) 445-6437.</p>
