<p>I am Instate in New Jersey.
I am Hispanic.
My GPA is 3.3 (It is 3.26, but I think they round up to 3.3?)
My SATs were 1900, but without writing, 1380 out of 1600.
Class Rank is 111/309
I have taken AP and Honors all through high school. Only classes I had that were regular were history and english. I was one of the few in my school to take AP Calculus and AP Physics in 11th grade.</p>
<p>Do I have ANY shot at Rutgers University, University of Pittsburgh, Penn State-University Park, Rensaleer, Rochester Ins. of Technology. MY Dream school is Rutgers, and I would like to know my chances. Thanks alot guys.</p>

Univ Pitt - Match/Slight Reach
PSU-UP - Slight Reach (too low of a gpa, and its below the average sats they have nowadays)
Ren. Poly - Match/Slight Reach of GPA

<p>You're SAT scores are fine for Rutgers. The GPA may be medicore. I say you get in to one of the schools you apply to.</p>
<p>A lot of people said my GPA was good for Rutgers, but now I am very baffled because you said mediocre. Does that mean no shot at all at Rutgers???</p>

<p>i think your lowish gpa (its not mediocre, but it is lowish) is made up for (i.e. cancelled out) by URM status, and then your URM status adds a little bit</p>
<p>your SATs are + for these universities
if you have good ECs i think youll be good for Rutgers</p>
<p>Penn State is getting more and more competitive, but i think you stand a fighting chance at all of these universities</p>
