@imcalledlex what day did you hear back from RU-N?
Applied 1/21 and got accepted 2/16. So alittle more then 3 weeks after applying.
Hi, I just recently decided to transfer to Rutgers from Uchicago for the fall 2019 semester and submitted my application a few days ago.
I have a 3.475 in college so far, had a 3.9/4.4 uw/w in high school. I also have a 1570 SAT. I understand that these are good qualifications, but will the very late application destroy my chances?
I actually heard back yesterday from Rutgers. I got in! My gpa is 2.9 but I’m just finishing one class which is an internship class so too guarantee an A. I’ve had a 4.0 and have done well through out my school years so glad to know they still considered me. I’ve had a professor tell us to our faces if you don’t have a 3.0 at all you will not get accepted I was getting really scared too.
Has anyone’s acceptance fee been waived? I had to pay $150 but when I logged on it told me it’s been waived so I no longer have to pay. Has anyone else’s fee been waived?
My fee wasn’t waved

From their website,
“+You may apply after due dates have passed. However, if you apply after the due dates or if your file remains incomplete after due dates for credentials submission have passed, you will be withdrawn from admissions consideration if your school(s) of application meet enrollment goals before the Admissions Office reviews your application.”
The due date was February 1st, so I’d guess you won’t be reviewed if they fill up before they get up to yours
Congrats man! I have a 2.9 as well but I haven’t heard back yet, when did you apply?
@TRamos96
I don’t understand why NB hasn’t gotten back to me yet. I’m starting to get worried
People are getting in with 2.7s and 2.9s, we just have to be patient unfortunately. Lmk if you get accepted
I got accepted! They were very quick it only took them 4 days in my case. I was admitted into arts and sciences but not business so if I had to guess the business school is full already.
Congrats! Stats?
hey guys! i am currently hoping to get into Rutgers, and am transferring from a 4 year in state college. i have a 3.4 GPA and only applied to SEBS in rutgers nb. i applied a week before the deadline and they received all my credentials on 2/5/2019. Has it taken this long for anyone else? I’m super nervous and really want to go here! I’m in my current school’s honors program and in the GS-LSAMP.
by the end of this semester i should have ~70 credits!
I applied in the fall very early
Has anyone even applied for the Honors living learning community on their application? It’s really great
Anyone else still waiting on NB?
I’m still waiting too. I applied to NB SAS and SEBS the day before the deadline. I’m worried that because I’m an older transfer student, that I won’t get accepted.
Stats? I applied the day before the deadline as well. And what do you mean by older transfer student?
I currently have a 3.4 GPA at my community college. This May I’ll graduate with 70+ credits and my A.S in Biomedical Sciences. And I’m currently 26, so a non-traditional student. I went to community college for two semesters and then took two years off due to financial reasons. I returned to school in Fall 2017 and haven’t fallen below a 3.4 GPA. I’m also a PTK member/officer.
