I plan on transferring to Rutgers for the Fall 2012 semester after I leave community college and graduate basic training . I'm a New Jersey resident. I will graduate with a 3.5 GPA with an Associates in Criminal Justice and I will still be pursuing a Bachelors in Criminal Justice as well. Also I will be a member of the Army National Guard and will be joining the ROTC. What are my chances of getting in?
