<p>I am currently a Towson University freshmen thinking about transferring to Rutgers. I got in when I was a senior in High School, but my grades first semester were not very good. I plan on getting them up this semester, but because the app date has passed for Fall 2012, I was thinking about waiting until Spring 2013. Should I go to community college (to save money) and transfer or stay at my 4-year and try to transfer out? Have anyone transferred to Rutgers and have input on the overall decision? Suggestions?</p>
