<p>I think letters are going out this week but if you log into Rutgers with your RUID and PIN you can see if you are still pending talent assessment or are admitted before the letter even arrives. Good luck.</p>

<p>Yes. It means they haven’t decided yet on your application. You should check it everyday. It will change to admitted if you are in or not admitted if you are not. I believe they are scheduled to make decisions this week.</p>
