<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>Rutgers/UMDNJ letters came out today! I was wondering who else on the board is considering going. Right now it’s my preference over TCNJ. Sure, the campus isn’t as pretty, but…</p>

<li>We can possibly finish in 6 years (!)</li>
<li>More scholarship money than TCNJ</li>
<li>Only in the Honors College if you want to be</li>
<li>Shuttle to NJMS for research</li>
<li>10-20 minutes from NYC</li>
<li>The Ironbound in Newark</li>
<li>Awesome people like hydrogen3k to give us advice :)</li>
</ol>

<p>I think I’ll be going to Scholars’ Day on April 23, will anyone else be there? And is there anyone considering Rutgers who will be at TCNJ on Monday?</p>

<p>i'm in at rutgers...i'll be at tcnj...and havin' a tough time deciding between the two</p>

<p>The only issue I've heard of from various colleges/programs is that sometimes honors classes don't fit in well with people's majors. This isn't necessarily the case at Rutgers, but I thought I'd mention it since the letter said students can choose.</p>

<p>Personally, I think Honors Colleges are great for the seminar-style classes we don't see as often in pre-med coursework. And Rutgers-N Honors also seems really good in terms of getting research, internships, etc. for students.</p>
