My son in- state got admitted to arts and science, pharmacy and school of engineering in NB. What a relief
Both my kids got accepted in NB today. All their major was in NB. Biomedical engineering, biotechnology and cell and molecular biology. I heard very less percentage of their friends have not received any update yet. We are in-state, if that helps
anything yet for you?
This entire college process is so awful.
When do the regular decisions come out by?
My D application is still “in review” for SAS. She applied on Nov. 1st- the day of the actual deadline. I noticed that some folks indicated that their applications were submitted in October. Did anyone receive admission to SAS with their application being submitted on the due date? And, do you think that more waves will come or anyone who did not receive the admission notices today will be deferred?
Same thing for me, applied on deadline date but nothing yet, not even “in review”. I hope all decisions come out today
My daughter sent hers in on Oct 31st. She just received her acceptance.
Not that last year is indicative of this year at this point, but Rutgers did a final large wave of rolling acceptances over the course of a week last year and after that it looks like anyone who hadn’t received a decision yet ended up getting notifications they were deferred over the course of the next week.
My dd was the same - not even in review - and an hour later she was accepted
for which schools?
Oh really, nice to hear. Hope to get in soon then. Congrats on her acceptance
February 15th
NB College of Arts and Sciences and College of Engineering.
Feb 28
Just got deferred for Computer Engineering at College of Engineering. SAS CS decision still in process. Application went from in process to deferred. Think they never even considered based on 3.2 gpa.
website says February 28, 2023 though?
Was just going to say: Application Dates & Deadlines - New Brunswick | Undergraduate Admissions (rutgers.edu) says 2/28 for RD date.
Update: I got in!
What school, major?
