I am currently a CC student that will graduate this may. I have a 4.0 gpa and I have already been admitted to all three schools. My goal is to go on to become an actuary. However, I cannot determine which school would be best for me to attend. I would appreciate any input on the situation. The cost for Baruch and Stony Brook would both be about 6500 for the next 2 years and the cost for Rutgers would be about 12500 for the next 2 years. If I attended Rutgers I would double major in Statistics and Economics, and if I went to Baruch I would Double major in Actuarial Science and Economics. With cost being considered, which school would provide me the education and the best opportunity to move on and have a successful career. Is Rutgers worth the extra money or should I stay in state?

I would stay in state. If you are fine with the urban “no campus” feel, then Baruch would be the best deal, especially with the double major.
Congratulations on three impressive choices (and on an impressive GPA!)
