Hi, I'm a junior who is planning on attending one of two universities: NYU or Rutgers in New Brunswick. I chose these schools mostly because I loved the atmosphere while visiting them and I seem to have the academic credentials for them. I am planning on double majoring in Computer Science and Applied Math, and money isn't much of an issue (Although the less price of Rutgers certainly won't hurt). If my overall plan is to work at a top notch computer science company like Google or Microsoft, which school will give me better chances? Keep in mind that I live in New Jersey and working at a tech company might not be my finalized plan, I might want to work as a quant on Wall Street. Thanks a lot!

Have you run the Net Price Calculators on both? Since you’re from New Jersey, the cost differential should be substantial.
Are those two schools 1 match and 1 reach? If so, what are your safeties and shouldn’t you include at least one more match?
