<p>I don't think so, but it IS possible to receive a premier scholarship together with scholarship assistance from the individual colleges within the university. My daughter was awarded the Honors Scholarship (premier) and also receives scholarship aid from the Enhancement Fund in the College of Agriculture. Together, those pay for about half of her cost of attendance as a non-resident -- a pretty sweet deal.</p>
