Colleges I attend to apply at:

-Sacramento State University
-San Jose State University
-San Francisco State University
-CSU East Bay

Purpose of the topic and a few questions:

1) More information about these colleges, and you're personal opinion if you're kind enough.
2) I don't posses a Social Security Number yet, which makes me unable to apply for any kind of grant; I will probably get the SSN in a couple of months (by January I should have it), when I will get the SSN, is there any chance for me to get grants for the states?
I understood that there is that program, called FAFHSA if I am not mistaken which gives the most free money for college kids. Am I gonna be able to get something from them?
3) Impacted majors. Unfortunately, all of the colleges mentioned above have a impacted business major, which makes me ask myself if that will extend my years spent in college (from 4 to 5 or 6) and how would that be possible?
I don't know much about classes and availability, but I know that if you don't get your classes in time you'll have to wait until next year.
4) My high school assimilated the grades from my country (Romania) and has given me full credits for the Freshman and Sophomore year, but my counselor told me that I have to send the transcript again to the college what I want to attend so they can assimilate themselves. Is that true? If yes, are they gonna ask me or should I just let them know?
5) What do you think about CSU East Bay? Even though it's well known for its business department, I haven't seen any thumbs up for it online.
6) Last but not least, what are my chances to get in the colleges mentioned above?

Thank you very, very much for your time of reading. I tried to make it as short as possible.
