I am saddened to share the news that Prescott Winslow (who posted on CC as “northernAZ”) passed away.
This was posted on his Facebook page:
“This is Amelia, Pres’s niece. It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that my dear Uncle Pres passed away unexpectedly this week. He was a beloved member of our family and of the community in Winslow, Arizona. I know he will be missed and remembered by many. Please feel free to share a photo or memory here on his page if you’d like. We’d love to see and hear from all of you who were important to him.
We love you, Uncle Pres.”
He posted frequently to the Gates Millennium Scholarship board and was a huge help to many of us. He will be missed for his level headed advice and kind words.
