Safe/Match/Reach Options for International

Hi all, I'm an international student from Brazil and I'm intending to apply as a transfer student for the Fall 2014 semester. I already have a list of options, but as you probably know more than I do regarding these subjects, I would like to ask if you could give me safe, match and reach colleges to apply for. My top choices at the moment are, johns hopkins, cornell, carnegie mellon, amherst, tufts and brandeis.

GPAs:
I study at a very good institutions, one of the best in my country with a GPA of 3.7+
During the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters I'm a Visiting student at Brown. I've had 3 A's and 1 S (a mandatory S/NC class) in the Fall 2013 semester.
High school GPA is pretty high, probably around 3.9

ECs: I have done voluntary work in HS and college, 1 year as a biochem TA, 1 year as a Research Assistant (presented a poster at a congress), 6 years of music education in HS, etc

Rec Letters: I have two good recs from brown professors and one very good from a professor back home.

I guess that sums it up. Again if you could suggest places for me to apply, I'd be grateful

forgot to mention that I’m not applying for financial aid, except for amherst, which is need blind
