I would take off the expensive schools since you will be paying full fees as an international student. The UCs will be $55k per year. Any publics will be at least $60k.

What is your intended major?

not sure, maybe CS

These schools are going to be crazy expensive for an international student who probably won’t get merit aid. I would look at some cheaper schools, or maybe if you took the ACT (and made a 32+) you could get tuition waived at schools like Alabama and many others. I suggest to start looking into schools where you’ll get tuition waived or a lot of merit aid, because the schools you’re looking at are super pricey.

i’m actually an american citizen(dual citizenship) but I’ll have to pay out of state though

Unfortunately you will be considered OOS for all the public schools. That would cost you $50-$60k per year. For CS at UIUC, it is extremely competitive. For UMich, you may apply to LSA instead of CoE for a better chance while both have CS major. Even for LSA, your GPA is right at the admission average although it really depends on your school profile and course rigor. Your SAT is within the mid 50. So it will still be a low reach for you.
