Safeties for international student

Does anyone know any decent safeties for international student like me ?

In order to be easier for you guys, I will say something more about my stats: I'm INTERNATIONAL -Asian, coming to the US as a freshman. SAT is pretty low (CR-520, MATH-630), will retake in Dec to get better score for RD. My IBT TOEFL is 102. I don't have GPA but I calculated my GPA in junior year was like 3.91 UW. I prefer a small liberal arts college with BIG BIG financial aid, but I will take all your suggestions into consideration.

There is no such thing like a Safety for an International Student with financial need. Especially if your need is big.

With those scores and the FA need, you need to look at affortable state U, not just liberal arts colleges. As an anedote, one of my former roomates in HS was from China; he needed full-ride and was almost left with only Earlham (one of the only two schools the accepted him and if FA weren't an issue, he would have EASILY gotten into 2 more of his list of six schools). He had high test scores including 800 on Math level 2 and 780 on chemistry. He graduated with other 20 seniors and as far as I know, at least 6 of them went to top schools (Chicago, Wesleyan, Williams, Pomona, Macasleter, and Oberlin) but he was considered the smartest among them. That's how FA changes everything for internationals.

Edit: I also has another anedote but it applies to a graduate program; I was interested in studying actuarial science and one of the schools I was looking at was Georgia State. The average GMAT was around 600 but the ones that got scholarships, according to the dean, usually score around 700+ (many from China!). There's a huge difference between 600 and 700 on GMAT.
