University of Pittsburgh

Davidson

emory

carnegie mellon

muchas gracias and i appreciate it!!!!!!

Consider UMD - College Park.

GW

American

thanks but i checked their website (UM) and i dont think they have an IR major

:(

Definitely look into American University if you want an IR degree. Any college in DC is great for IR, but seeing as how Georgetown is uber-selective, American is a better bet. Depending on your stats, though, it may or may not be a safety.

Would help if you posted your stats...

hmm check out the university of southern california

okay here are my stats (ill do them quick so this is the main stuff)

GPA: 3.5/4.5 (baaaaad sophomore year)

thanks agaiN!

Don't be afraid to look into some pretty selective colleges. GPA is a bit low, true, but SAT and ECs look quite good, it seems that you might be underestimating yourself. But obviously admissions can go either way, so it's always necessary to find safeties, as you are.

you totally read my mind pinnipotto!

I heard Seton Hall University , has a very good IR program. They have strong ties with the United Nations.
