Safeties (similar to Vassar, Wesleyan, etc)

GPA is 98 weighted, prob. something like 96-97 unweighted
SAT is 1440/2200 (CR 800 M640 W760)
SAT IIs US Hist 690 Lit 710
APUSH exam score of 5
Most difficult courses I could take at my school (not really rigorous though)

ECs pretty typical, nothing outstanding but not horrible...officer in Lit. Club, NHS, mock trial, summer academic programs and honors program in school (independent research project).

Academic interests are English and social studies. Merit aid a plus.

Like I said, Vassar/Wesleyan are the kind of schools I'm really into.

Bates, Bard, Connecticut College, Skidmore, Sarah Lawrence, Bennington, Oberlin, Haverford. Not necessarily safeties (except for Bennington), but all probably easier to get into than Vassar or Wesleyan with the same bent.

Thanks. I've thought about a bunch of those schools actually.

Any others?

Kenyon, Denison.

How about Ohio Wesleyan.

Are you female? Consider Mount Holyoke or Smith.

If not, what about Brandeis? (Also ok if you are female).

In the Midwest : Earlham, Beloit
