<p>Can anyone suggest some safety schools that excel in engineering. I'm Middle Eastern and Caucasian. I'm a male, from MN. I have a 3.85 UW GPA. 28 ACT, hopefully will improve on retake. Unranked, but am in highest level of top quarter. As far as my counselor can say. Play V sports, in clubs, Captain of Chess Team... Some work experience in summer, etc. Good recs. Thanks! Also should I apply SCEA to Stanford with my credentials, or wait for RD with a little higher ACT score??(My stats aren't stellar, but schools form their student body and can't have all brains) Thanks all.</p>
