Safety Computer Engineering Graduate Schools

Hello all.

I plan on continuing my education in Computer Engineering studying Parallel Computer Architecture. I am having trouble trying to find good safety schools for Computer Engineering. I currently have applied to MIT, U of Maryland, U of Illinois, Stanford, U of Colorado, U of Michigan, and Northwestern. I was thinking about applying to Case Western and Purdue as well. However, I would like to have a few safety schools in there as well.

If it would help out, I am a double major Computer Engineering/Mathematics senior now at SUNY Buffalo with a 3.87 GPA. GRE scores were 790Q/470V/4.5A (verbal was low but its close enough to 500). I also participated in all sorts of research in undergrad (included an NSF-funded one) and gave three talks at applied mathematics conferences all over the US. Our group is also current writing a paper to be submitted to SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing.

Is possible, could someone recommend me some safety schools I should look? I applied to SUNY Buffalo but I would like to explore somewhere new for graduate school.

Thanks again for all of your help!
