Are her EC too week or does my D stand a chance at getting in.

If she's in state, she'll get in under the Guaranteed Admission Requirements. If she's out of state, she's a very attractive candidate with her high GPA and great test scores. ECs are fine. If she's out of state, I think her chances of getting in are over 80%, maybe even higher.

Congratulations to your D on all of her hard work thus far, and good luck!!!

I'd give her a 95% chance for admission and, if OOS, likely to get $10/K (over 4 years - so not that great) merit aid, which goes to top 25% of OOS applicants. EC's are fine. Science depts at Boulder are quite strong, if that is what your D is interested in.
