Safety, match, and reach schools for computer science for me?

My guidance counselor is very unhelpful. I am in search of some safety, match, and reach school. My plan is to major in comp sci (BS) and I eventually want to go into artificial intelligence. Anyways, my guidance counselor thinks I am able to get into some extremely selective schools, but I don’t think that will happen. Any suggestions for schools? I’m from MA and it doesn’t matter how far away I go, but I’d prefer schools that aren’t really in the midwest or farther down in the southeast than Pennsylvania. I’m also interested in schools in the UK or Europe (particularly Trinity). So far I have Northeastern, CU Boulder (dad’s alma mater), UCSD, George Washington University, NYU, Barnard (I like the access to Columbia classes), and many others on my list but I’m just not sure which schools would be attainable with my transcript.

Current Junior Year Stats:

My school doesn’t offer it, but i might self-study and take the AP Psych exam

Other classes this year:

Next year my school is starting a robotics club and I will be joining

I know I won’t be getting into anywhere like Berkely, but I do want a really good comp sci program!

What is your budget? Some of the schools on your list are in the $60,000-$70,000 per year range… some (Berkeley UCSD) don’t offer any financial aid to out-of-state students and others (NYU) are notorious for NOT giving much aid at all.

Under $50,000 is ideal but my parents are okay with any price because they know I won’t waste it
