i live in indiana but money's not an issue.
i want to major in biology with an emphasis on neuroscience or just a neuroscience major itself if the college has one. i'll also do a minor in economics and pre-med electives.
anybody have any suggestions of safety colleges, match colleges, or reach colleges that would be good for my departments (mainly science)?

You may get some responses if you tell us a bit about what you’re looking for in a college.

Size? Large? Medium? Small?

Kind? Public? Private? A research university? A small LAC? Something in-between with characteristics of both?

Money? You say money is no problem. Does that mean your parents are happy and willing to spend $50K plus to send you to a pricey private or an OOS public? Or do you mean you expect to get enough in FA and merit to make any university affordable? [That may not work, you know.]

Campus culture? Greek vs. non-greek? Preppy? Laid-back? Arty? Intellectual? Lots going on in music? Big time athletics?

Location? Strong preference for staying close to home? Great desire to get far away and see a different part of the country? Snow? Sun?

And we are not doing your homework for you. You need to do that yourself. Buy a Barrons or Petersen’s Guidebook and do the research.

We are not you.

actually i do have a good list of colleges in mind, i was just asking to get other people’s opinion and whether their opinions matched up with mine.

size isn’t a big concern at all & i’m open to both public and private schools. a university specializing in research would be nice since i’m planning on hopefully doing some undergrad research.
my parents are willing to support me financially whatever it takes. financial aid would be great, but i won’t go too far out of my way to try for that. i’ll definitely apply for scholarships though.
i have no preference at all on location or campus culture.

i had places like indiana university, penn state, univ of pittsburgh, u of rochester, u of wisconsin, univ of illinois @ urbana, and villanova on my list. i just wanted some third party insight on colleges
